Originally from Delaware, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and order. My roots in landscape design and horticulture taught me how to see systems — how every pathway, structure, and detail supports the health of the whole. That way of thinking has shaped everything I do.

My career evolved from design into mortgage lending, where I discovered a natural talent for organization, communication, and building strong relationships with agents and clients. Behind the scenes, I became the person people relied on to keep things moving, hold the details, and bring calm to fast‑paced environments.

Petals & Properties began as a small side project — a way to support agents who needed reliable coordination and thoughtful marketing. But it quickly grew into something more: a boutique operations and systems partner for people who want clarity, structure, and support they can trust.

In March 2024, I moved to Virginia Beach without knowing a soul, guided by intuition and a desire for a fresh start. Since then, I’ve built a new community through warmth, professionalism, and the steady presence I bring to every relationship and every detail I touch.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with my dog Belle — walking the beach, tending to plants, or deepening my practice of EFT and NLP. These tools help me stay grounded, emotionally attuned, and able to navigate challenges with clarity and grace. They’re woven into how I show up for clients: calm, connected, and fully present.
