Originally from Delaware, Cecilia brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to the real estate world, with roots in landscape design and horticulture. Her career pivot into mortgages began behind the scenes as an assistant, where she quickly discovered a talent for organization and a gift for building strong relationships with local agents. Recognizing a need for reliable support in the transaction process, she launched Petals & Properties—a side project that blossomed into a boutique business offering both marketing and coordination services.

In March 2024, driven by a desire for fresh surroundings and new opportunities, Cecilia relocated to Virginia Beach without knowing a soul. Since then, she’s been steadily growing her network, bringing her signature warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to a new community of agents and clients.
